Spice up those side dishes this year with – you guessed it – MUSTARD!

It sounds crazy, zany and maybe a little bit spicey, and the National Mustard Museum houses thousands of mustards for every taste. Patti Bridges, owner of the storefront, knows her stuff. She recently shared a couple of her personal favorite side dishes for Thanksgiving and our staff had the pleasure of giving them a try.

“These were surprisingly easy, I had everything I needed at home – and of course picked up the mustard from the Mustard Museum,” said Mari Olson with Middleton Tourism. “I will definitely make these again – it was like an explosion of flavor on my plate.”

Curried (Turkey) Salad

Here is another of Patti’s favorites – a perfect solution for leftover Thanksgiving turkey (just swap out chicken for turkey in the recipe). This Curried (Turkey) Salad is equally as delicious!

The National Mustard Museum is located in downtown Middleton and is offering in-store shopping and shipping.
