Founded by brothers Ralf and Ernst Clasen, this Middleton staple came to be 54 years ago in 1959. The Clasens left their home in Germany to pursue their dream of opening an American bakery, choosing to settle and build their business in Middleton.

At Clasen’s, you’ll find European breads, cakes, pastries and more, all made from scratch with the highest quality ingredients. The tradition continues today with Ralf’s daughter Michelle, who holds a Pastry Degree from Germany and follows proudly in her father’s footsteps.
