About
Capital Brewery specializes in brewing German style lagers and has won over 240 medals. The indoor Bier Stube and Grain Room is open to the general public in the fall/winter. The Bier Garten is open in the Spring and Fall, and offers live music and food vendors several days of the week. With a performance stage, waterproof tent, bar and picnic tables, it can accommodate up to 1,200 people, and serves as the hub of the Capital Brewery Bike Club.

Sunday: Noon-6 p.m.
Monday: Closed
Tuesday-Thursday: 4-9 p.m.

This local Middleton Brewery was a Grand National Champion in the 2013 US Open Beer Championship! Live music Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, mid-May through mid-October, in our large outdoor Bier Garten. During the winter season, enjoy an award-winning beer in the stube. Gift Haus on site. Tours available, Friday through Sunday. (Check website for times & availability.) Private tours available for groups of 15 or more. The brewery can accommodate groups of 80.
