Puppies, cider and a relaxing workout?! Who could say no to that? From 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., Miye will lead a gentle flow yoga class with adorable puppies helping to reach your ultimate zen. Tickets are $40 and include the price of the class, a 10 oz hard cider and lots of love from puppies! A portion of each ticket sold will be donated to Be My Furever Dog Rescue.
Make sure to bring your own mat.

Miye has been studying yoga for the past fifteen years. She got her certification at Rishikesh Nath Yogashala in India and has taught for the last five years in Madison and abroad.
